1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Repostly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Repostly is an AI-powered content repurposing tool that converts YouTube video transcripts into LinkedIn post drafts. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier and a paid Pro plan.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit URLs to content you do not have the right to repurpose
• Generate content that is defamatory, harassing, or illegal
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws

You are solely responsible for the content you generate and publish using the Service. Repostly provides drafts — review all AI-generated content before publishing.

5. Subscription & Payments

The Pro plan is billed at $19/month. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Repostly and its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service, subject to any third-party rights in the source material.

By using the Service, you grant Repostly a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for publication.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repostly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
