Refund Policy

Our Commitment

We want you to be satisfied with Repostly. This policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds for Pro plan subscriptions.

Free Plan

The free plan has no cost, so no refunds apply. You can use the free tier indefinitely without any payment obligations.

Pro Plan — 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you subscribed to the Pro plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

Refund requests made after 7 days of the initial purchase date are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We consider factors such as:

  • Documented technical issues preventing use of the Service
  • Service outages exceeding 48 consecutive hours
  • Accidental duplicate charges

Renewals

Monthly subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds once processed. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard under "Manage subscription."

Cryptocurrency Payments

Payments made via NowPayments (cryptocurrency) are generally non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of service failure on our end.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at harshanandhan09@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • Your reason for requesting a refund (optional but helpful)

We process refund requests within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Account Termination

If we terminate your account due to a violation of our Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for a refund for any remaining subscription period.
